Usage instructions

Two gummies a day. Suitable from 12 years of age. Contains 60 gummies for 2 months of use. It is not necessary to take them with water or food.

Storage and safety

Why should I take extra vitamin D?

The main source of vitamin D is your own skin, which produces it under the influence of sunlight. You receive only minimal amounts from your diet, which is not enough to maintain your vitamin D levels. Are you pregnant, over 50, or do you have a darker skin tone? Or do you simply not get enough sunlight each day? In these cases, it makes sense to take vitamin D supplements throughout the entire year. If you especially lack sunlight exposure in the winter, a vitamin D3 gummy is an excellent addition for you during the autumn and winter months.

What is vitamin D3 made of?

Many supplements use animal-derived vitamin D3 from sheep wool fat. However, Yummygums uses vitamin D3 derived from algae. This makes our vitamin D gummies 100% vegan.

What sweeteners do you use?

Yummygums contain the sweeteners stevia and maltitol. Stevia is a natural sweetener extracted from the leaves of the stevia plant. Maltitol is a sugar substitute that contains 75-90% of the sweetness. It is obtained from maltose (malt sugar), which comes from wheat or corn. This sweetener has almost the same properties as sugar but is much healthier! Maltitol has very few calories, is better for your teeth, and has less impact on your blood sugar levels. Maltitol is a safe sweetener. When assessing sweeteners, consideration is also given to their effect on pregnant women. The Dutch Nutrition Center indicates that sweeteners, including maltitol, are not harmful. Moreover, Yummygums contains only a small amount of maltitol, so you don't have to worry about this sweetener.
