We want to make sure that taking vitamins becomes easy, fun and tasty! In the US you can find vitamin gummies in every household, now let’s bring vitamin gummies to Europe!
Yummygums proves that working on a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be annoying or boring. No more big, fat pills, but all the vitamins you are looking for in one tasty gummy! Yummygums is shaking up the dusty old-fashioned vitamin industry with a new way to take your vitamins – fun, young and delicious! Yummygums are vegan, made with natural ingredients and sold through our own webshop, marketplaces and (online) resellers. But we don’t just sell vitamin gummies – we are building a brand from scratch. Let’s make vitamins fun again!

Yummygums is bringing vitamin gummies to Europe, and how! We started out with a multivitamin in 2017, followed by a Hair gummy (2018), prenatal supplement (2020) and now we have over 11 Yummygums vitamins in our product range. Next to product growth, we are now entering new markets to grow our business further, UK and Nordics here we come! All this growth has complicated the operational aspect of our business, so we need help – your help!
As operations manager, you will be responsible for everything related to operations, logistics and supply chain and you will be the go-to person in these areas for all team members. You’re not needed in the actual warehouses, as the main contact for our third-party logistics provider you can manage all processes from your desk. You have a central position in the team and as your position is so important to get things done you will be working across all domains of our business: online, brand/marketing, retail/sales, production and warehousing/fulfilment. As our business grows, you grow – you continuously try to improve yourself and our business by improving our processes. Your can-do mentality will be essential to the success of our business.

You have the coordination and persuasion skills to get team members and third parties to do what you want, when and how you want it. It’s a real benefit if you have experience within consumer products/food/supplements operations and experience with high-growth companies. You’re not a loudmouth, but you have a substantiated opinion and you’re not afraid to tell the world. You love to get your hands dirty and can’t wait to dig into this new challenge. Your entrepreneurial spirit is felt all the time. You see opportunities everywhere. As our primary market is still The Netherlands we need you to have solid communication skills in Dutch and English.
