VACANCY: GROWTH MARKETER D2C ECOMMERCE

(32-40 hours/week, Amsterdam)

Are you a commercial growth marketer with a passion for ecommerce and online marketing? Yummygums is looking for a growth marketer to join our online team. In this role, you'll work daily on our acquisition and retention funnels to grow our D2C channel.

 

At Yummygums, we want our customers to enjoy life and their health. In addition to our well-known, tasty vitamin gummies, we recently introduced new categories (powders, lemonades, bars). Yummygums launched in 2017 as a D2C brand. In recent years, we've also made significant strides in retail, but over 60% of our revenue still comes from our D2C channel.

 

As a growth marketer, you'll play a crucial role in growing our online store. You'll contribute to strategies to increase new customer inflow and optimize CLV. This includes setting up A/B tests, landing pages, and finding marketing angels for our product portfolio. We're a small team, so we handle much of the work ourselves. Depending on the team's skills, we leverage agencies where needed.

 

You'll work closely with our junior online marketer, influencer marketer, CMO, and paid media agency. Your responsibilities will include:

 

Paid advertising Executing digital marketing campaigns within Google, Meta and other paid marketing channels (in collaboration with an agency) Coordinating our performance-driven content and campaigns Forecasting and allocating budgets across online channels (in collaboration with the CMO) Analyzing and managing key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion and sessions Devising relevant A/B tests on-site and within paid marketing channels

 

Ecommerce and CRM/Email Contribute to and implement strategies, such as landing pages and developing new customer journeys Process (sales) campaigns on the website and other online marketing channels such as email (in collaboration with the junior online marketer) Optimize the customer journey to ensure a positive shopping experience, where the customer always comes first Perform CRM activities to improve the Customer Lifetime Value of existing customer groups and reduce churn on our subscription base

Don't be discouraged if you have less experience in any of these areas. We believe it's more important that you have the right basic knowledge and are eager to learn.

Approximately 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably at a D2C brand. Experience with modern ecommerce tech stacks (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics) and knowledge of paid advertising channels (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok etc.). Analytically strong, naturally process-oriented You have a growth mindset and creative thinking The drive to always use the latest e-commerce trends Enjoys working in a team: you get energy from connecting and communicating with agencies and the team. Result-oriented and hands-on: you get a kick out of developing new opportunities for the webshop and you do what needs to be done to create success and achieve your KPIs.
